Educational service
The ERP is provided to the school for operating academic, administrative and communication services. Access roles (owner, admin, teacher, student, parent) are granted by the school and may be changed or revoked by the school at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the system only for genuine school purposes.
- Do not share sign-in credentials; every sign-in is logged.
- Do not attempt to access records belonging to other students, other schools, or restricted staff data.
- Online examinations are subject to the school's integrity rules; browser activity indicators are informational only.
Fees & payments
Online fee payments are processed by the payment provider configured by the school. Refunds follow the school's published policy and are approved by authorized school staff. The platform never stores card or bank credentials.
Availability
The school strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the ERP where applicable.
Liability
The software platform is provided by Prajapati NexaTech Group to the school under a separate service agreement. Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. This text requires review by the school management and its legal advisor (EN).
